Loe4net, Yes I do. It looks like Nat. Cap. may be the shi- as Rob has said! I am extremely happy with it. Numbers are just about completed. Here are a
few things from it. A few, it is 4 pages + Consolidated projected statement. The company expects revenues for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 1998 to be
approximately $20 million, with net income of $350,053 or $0.04 a share. They are projecting for fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2000 revenues of $100.5
million, a 399% increase over the previous year, with net income coming in at $4.1 million or $0.33 per share on a fully diluted basis. Projections indicate
for fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2001 could reach $200 million, with net income of $13 million or $0.76 per share on a fully diluted basis. So, there you
have possible numbers that are to be all positive! It also says Infocall has letters of intent to acquire three companies specializing in IT staffing with $10.5
million in revenues that will bring $1.5 million in EBITA. They mention partner contracts to staffing with IBM,General Electric, U.S. Department of State,
Cable & Wireless, USA, and being a subcontractor to Alternative Resources to provide IT consultants to IBM. Also, GE relationship is with GE Capital,
assisting with their technical staffing requirements and use GE as a teaming partner for large contracts developed by Infocall. Infocall is now backed by
GE's resources, and will now be in a position to compete globally in IT consulting. There is alot more but I don't feel like writing it all as it would take a
slow typer like me a day! SEBO
