Sorry Claude, I shook my crystal ball and all I got was snow flakes. This business about the interest rate really makes me wonder. Is this the political rumor mill testing the reactions before they make a move? The A/D kicked up today - to-morrow? It's tough to know where to be right now. Is everything racing toward the edge? I'm taking a TA course and the instructor who trades for a bank came up with a good one, he said "It's better to be out and wish you were in, then to in and wish you were out".
