In looking at Mr. Ben Ezra's response, I think its best to take it at face value. Read it carefully and I think what is being said is that Mitchell is not privy to insider information and he is a poster on various threads. The other stuff about not being an employee (as is Dr. Clarke) and being a shareholder (as is Mr. Ben Ezra), don't seem too meaningful to me. So, I guess what Mr. Ben Ezra is saying is that things are under control and if we only knew. But, of course we don't. Hence, the frustration with the present situation. Here's a question. Suppose Mitchell were to agree to stop posting and to become an insider, what then? I'm not suggesting that BNEZ should make a snap decision and hire Mitchell as a consultant. I'm just suggesting that maybe looking into it wouldn't be a bad idea. And, if becoming an insider and stopping the posting is what it takes, then maybe something with Mitchell is possible. Just a thought. What I like about Mitchell is his energy, enthusiasm and sense of where and how the business is. Anyway, I had thought exploring the situation with Mitchell made some sense. Exploration and commitment are two different things. By the sound of Mr. Ben Ezra's reply, however, it doesn't seem that exploration is an option. JMHO Jud |
