Hey Cube,

Guess what I found out today. Our man Dilbert is also board member of a near defunct company called Raster Graphics. Not only that, he also acts there as a consultant for extra 30K. I guess Inprise is not paying him enough that he has to work extra. And after all that, the company has crashed big time. Trades on pink sheets (RGFX) and Gretag (another printer) is going to take it out for $1.30 per share. At least, Del's options are priced for more than 10 dollars a share. Anyhow, I think he should be spending all his energy on Inprise instead of moonlighting at 7-11.

Also, he is on board at Xircom, Adobe and Hollywood Park. If you own any of them, you may want to reconsider.

Regards,

JK
