I checked out the site you provided on cycles, and I have two questions:

1)During the tail end of the first quarter in 1997,both the 38 and the 114 week cycles were pointing UP(Green Zone),while the XAU was going DOWN.Any guesses as to why that is so?

2)There was a caveat which I copied and pasted below:

"Warning: Cycles have not proven them self as a great tools for
investing. They have a tendency to disappear. Use them as guideline
only. Keep in mind The Wave Principle comes first for investment
strategy."

If I may ask:Is your bearish conclusion on the XAU based essentially on E-Wave technical work or just cycle works?.Perhaps you can you expand a tad more on your technical reasons .As I see it,there is no question we are in a downtrend, but I currently see good support in the low 60s and then the gap support, from early Sept. 98, in the upper 50s.Thanks.
