I am personally disgusted & outraged regarding this company's laissez faire attitude toward the SEC disclosure rules. They are 54 days late with their 10-K, and 8 days late with the First Quarter 10-Q, and they haven't even filed for an SEC extension! Let alone tell shareholders anything about what's going on. I bought shares with the notion that they had gotten their act together--boy was I wrong!!!!
