I would never bet against WCOM. That would be
like betting against Bjorn Borg 20 years ago.
Barnie Ebbers is one of the brightest stars in
Telecomm. Who knows, maybe Bernie Ebbers will
make a big cable acquisition soon. I'm sure he
knows what he has to do to compete effectively
against T, FON, others. In Germany alone, there
are at least 3-4 companies that could afford NXTL.
There are British & French companies that could
easily afford NXTL as well. Remember, in the
Wireless Telecomm. Industry, Europe is far ahead
of the U.S.--esp. Digital Wireless!
