Mex, I don't think that qualifies as a legal short Also , E Turd ,, you can simply sell the shares ,, with out shorting ,, and simply buy to cover,, this works especially well with fast moving stock or with stocks under 5,, but do make sure ,, to buy back eod ,, I sure hope people havn't been taking this advice........though I've been hearing more people using this method lately......ouch
