Why do you confuse the fact that Ronco and ONTV are separate entities? All ONTV is doing is setting up a Web site to sell Ronco products, something that hundreds of companies could do.

I disagree also with the wildly optimistic revenue projections you've posted for ONTV. This looks like a classic "pump and dump" stock scheme where people get lured into buying a stock because of manipulation going on that forces the price higher, but if they stay in the stock long enough, they will lose most of their investment.
