New Banshee drivers from 3dfx

From an investment point of view, I want good V3 drivers
when the V3 is released. The first good Banshee drivers
were released Dec 2, 1998. There remained some problems, which
I hope the new drivers fix (Final Reality benchmark didn't run,
Forsaken benchmark didn't run. Just downloading the mew drivers
now, as I write.)
