Mattie, SEC knows what they are doing. Looks like the winner here is Uncle Sam. IRS gets its money sooner instead of later. Based on the revised statement, CTXS is paying IRS $34.37M instead of $20.391M in 98.

Based on the revised numbers, CTXS has a trailing PE of 61($81/$1.34) and a forward PE of 35($81/$2.34). The stock looks cheap, assuming ~75% y-o-y growth rate.

I would think that analysts are going to have to decrease 99 estimates of $2.34 by a few pennies to account for CTXS's 99 amortization write-off of $15.1M.

The news is finally out which is good. We will know how the stock would react real soon.

Clint

PS, On a different note, this is not the 1st time that WS puts pressure on AG by rallying ahead of his testimony. His hands are tied.
