Computron Software (NASDAQ:CTRNE) names Jorgensen CFO Reuters, Monday, February 10, 1997 at 16:12 RUTHERFORD, N.J., Feb 10 (Reuter) - Computron Software Inc said it named Michael Jorgensen as executive vice president and chief financial officer to replace Alex Comandini, who resigned recently. Jorgensen joins the company from Ground Round Restaurants Inc (NASDAQ:GRXR), where he was chief financial officer for the last three years. Late last month, Computron said information had come to its attention that may impact previously reported financial results. The company said its independent auditors will withdraw their reports on the company's previously reported financial statements. Comandini was just named CFO last October.
