"did someone touting ICCSA suggest a connection?" gee, how did you guess? No, that is all I had. I think it is obvious that any relationship is less than 5% so therefore even if it is true (which is questionable) it is still a non-event. I was just taking a stab. It is not strange for a zero company to have a run to 8 but this one has stayed in this range since november, that is strange. I try to keep my shorts to companies that will fall fast and hard, I dont feel comfortable holding long term. This company looks like a candidate but past performance suggests it may tread water forever. (disclaimer: past performance is not necessarily an indication of future results)
