Does anyone know the terms of the agreement between Schering and Zonagen regarding this option to manufacture? In particular, was there a particular date by which it needed to be exercised (like now). This would bear on the decision to exercise. If they had to do it by a certain date, they may have been forced to do this without a clear read on how the FDA would rule. On the other hand, if there was no imminent time limit, this decision may signal a sense of how the Agency is thinking.
