I thought it was "company policy" not to comment on the stock's
trading activity.... What gives?!!?

I had a couple of friends comment to me
in the past month that this is a $5
stock. Does anyone else feel this way?
Or at this price does the stock inherently have value?
They had something to offer in May...or didn't they?
