Yup, volitility does seem to be the rule until earnings visibility
is more clear. Are you saying that the bad (cold) weather is good
for earnings, or the opposite. I think I've read more things fail
in bad weather, so that should be good. And, an ideal senario is
one where the bad weather comes in bursts, giving time for
do-it-yourselfers to fix things, and not put it off for better weather . Also, thanks for the DJ info, I haven't had a chance to check it lately, but the numbers you state, match my observations. For me,
the technicals are a guide on when to get in, not if I should.
