To all FAMH Shareholders:

Things have been quiet the last few days but interesting events are occurring behind the scenes. I'd like all shareholders to remember that FSAAA was instrumental in forcing management to cancel the shareholder meeting. That certainly put off any discussions of a 50 to 1 reverse split for now. FSAAA has also filed the lawsuit in Houston asking that the company be placed in receivership---we should hear more about this in the next two to three weeks.

I'd like to ask all shareholders who have not join FSAAA to consider doing so. We need everyone's help to restore value to our shares and to continue to pursue legal action against the company. Keep in mind that our alternative is a class action lawsuit where the only winners are the class action lawyers--shareholders usually get pennies on the dollar--if anything. How can management be serious about protecting shareholder value when the stock has gone from $0.71 per share to $0.04. Our approach is cleaner, faster, more likely to return our investment than other legal alternatives. To all shareholders that hold large amounts of stock---do you feel good about losing all that value(assuming you bought your shares)???? Wasn't there a group of investors in the last few days holding 10,000,000 shares? Do the math---10 mil @ .71 = $7.1 million or 10 mil @ .04 = $400,000...hmmmm or you can take the box where Carol is standing.....(Let's Make a Deal for you young folks)

Thanks for your help.
