I don't know if I was meaning that ...you sparked my mind wioth the BRX comment about still going to Maxam Shareholders...if all the contracts have a reporting annual thing to PHX Company because the are ...say...like in Real Estatte - "The Note Holder" seems to me they are what we call IN FIRST PLACE ANYWAY". Am I making sense...no don't answer that. As to merger...why not let it happen...everyone is freed up...new deals can always be maken...just ask me. Let's make a deal...dam if that how I am up to ...15,000 DAM acres I manage, just think about it...the mystery of it all...how in the world can things just happen...a door closes..on day and latter the fact that another door opens...weird but always true ...the path To Fullfilment or something.
