$20 for AOL and $20 for ATHM is a good deal for both companies. But there are a lot more parties involved. T wants to make money. Comcast too. It is very tricky in deciding the percentage cut for each parties. I would like to see everybody work together instead of seeing ATHM and AOL to wage a bloody war.

In my view, the chance of AOL working with ATHM is pretty good. But the chance of ATHM working with Baby bells is ZERO. AT&T absolutely hates Baby bells. If AT&T/ATHM can pull AOL over and form a T/ATHM/AOL alliance. I would immediately buy a bunch of AOL stocks.
