My last letter did not post
I am an investor, so what I amabout to say is fact, not fiction.
First of all, the " great" new product called microsafe is not in existence. The fact is that testing of the "great miracle find" has not even started. Check with EZM, the company that is supposed to be doing the testing.
On January 23, 1997, EZM said testing is due to start in a "month or so", and that if it passes the first test, the testing will continue. If not, it will be junked. If first test is passed, it will take two to four years before completion and passing of all government require- ments.
Then EZM was told that this testing is for the medical field.
EZM also said they have nothing to do with the "other" products that are "much better than Lysol", as Mr. Bunte claims, even though there is not one shred of evidence that substantiates this claim, that any shareholder has been able to obtain.
The reputations of the principals of NVID leave much to be desired. Bunte is allegedly involved in two lawsuits with NCNB, and National City Bank of Ohio. This tells me that Bunte, Klenovic, Arata, and others are not people any legitimate investor should be involved with, thereby giving them a chance to use investors as we have been used.
Those people who constantly write defending this method of operation also leave much to be desired.
If in fact, all of the accusations that have been flying back and forth were unfounded, why have the officers and directors of NVID been silent, with not one word in their defense?
Folks, it's your money to spend as you wish, but in future, I am going to invest in areas where the integrity and honesty of officers are not in question.
Check the board of directors list. You will notice that there is an M. Klenovic on the board. According to the SEC ruling, Matthew Klenovic cannot serve on any public board, so then why is "M" Klenovic used to deceive everyone into thinking it is Matthew, when it is really Marilee, his wife?
How long before it all blows up?
Refer back to October 31, 1996 Post on Internet, Reply 1 of 3, which says, "They are within days or weeks of getting approval". By whom? They have not submitted Microsafe to either the USDA or FDA for testing and it is starting to look like they will not be doing so any time soon.
That was more than three months ago, and still no action.
As stated, I am an investor who already has lost money.
If the above is not proof enough as to who is controlling this company, then there is not much hope for all shareholders. |
