As I recall, Racom is focused on three principal thrusts. I'll have to go back to my notes to see what they are which I'll post later.

The AFC, auto fare collection, business was slow to take off. Too many people wanting to test as an all purpose card, ie. credit cards, etc, to put AFC on the fast track. Racom was going broke waiting for these deals to deliver on their promise.

If you are looking to buy RCOM, I'd wait until after the reverse split.
