I think the question that remains is whether there is any remaining potential for the plan to work or, from this level, will the company be forced into liquidation?

Does anyone, shorts included, believe that ABTX will be forced into bankruptcy? I'd appreciate serious answers with reasons why or why not this is a serious issue.

If liquidation is necessary, anybody have a guess at dissolution value?
