I talked to the CEO briefly about two weeks ago and he said the split-off was still going though. But only the insiders really know. The guy at Investor relations seemed to think they were undervalued considering their growth, but even that I am now finding confusing. It was noted in message 19 below that the P/E was around 5. But now my quotes show a P/E of around 18. I guess I will need to figure that out. David
