Re: "This is becoming a major embarrassment for AMD." It's cold here in New England and I for one am in the market for a warmer chip. The fact that the K6-3 is MUCH FASTER than the PIII at the same clock speed, and the fact the K6-3 takes advantage of well supported SIMD technology are just small additional advantages to buying AMD.
