IMO, the last run-up was caused by rumors of FIPS 140-1 certification being imminent. This was coming from CFG, their IR firm. I'm not saying they were at fault, because they may just been feeding investors what the company was feeding them. Bottom line, it appears to have been a last ditch attempt to run the stock and let some people get out.
