Dear Richard : If You would please forgive me for answering as I know you have requested of shalom but I feel empathy for your situation and would be honored to pray about this for you.
As I look out my window and see the snow lightly falling to the cold unproductive earth and the snow not seeming to have a purpose I have found in Isaiah 55: 10-11 " As the rain and snow come down from heaven and stay upon the ground to water the earth..., so also is my WORD. I send it out and it always produces fruit.
From this verse, what ever time or effort we spend in God's word always produces fruit. Reading this word of God today will produce fruit in your life. God promises you this.
When satan took Christ to the top of the temple mount , hundreds of feet in elevation and told him he would give him all the kingdoms of the world if he would fall down and worship him they were certainly satans to give. In fact the control over the commodities markets along with the money centers of Wall Street, Zurich, London were certainly all his to give; so here we are trying to prosper in the devils front yard ( notice I didn't even say back yard ). So what is our hope.
First , the devil is a thief. What he has he has stolen. He never created wealth and all commodities come from the ground that God created. While satan is in control on this earth he is superceeded in power when the affairs of those made righteous in Christ are lifted up to God through Christ Jesus.
Put simply . For those in Christ our needs are met not from earthly storehouses but from heavenly storehouses. Many times what I have has been stolen but read my lips, ALWAYS. The Lord has returned what has been taken from me WITH INTEREST.
You see until the return of Christ and the setting up of HIS earthly kingdom the commodity markets will continue to be manipulated. Am I saying that Christians are not supposed to play the commodities. Not at all. I personally am invested right now in some oil positions. So what am I saying. This. My prosperity does not depend on the commodities market; it is founded totally and completely in the kingdom of God.
The first thing I must ask you is are you a born again child of God. If so , wonderful. If not, once you accept Christ into your heart the Holy Spirit indwells you and will give begin to reveal to you God's plan for your life.King David once said that while he was an old man he had nevr seem one instance of a righteous man begging for bread. God is faithful to his children. His requirement for you may be to give up some of your great wealth( if in fact you are very wealthy) before you come to Him or after salvation He may start to immediatley bless you and prosper you in ways you never dreamed.
Even the camel that goes through the eye of the needle, and must unload all his earthly load is then reloaded on the other side of the eye. But the rich man MUST unload and trust God first. Then after he passes through the eye God will decide how much you can bear.
Most definitely you have a thirst for righteousness; and there is all the righteousness that we will ever need in Christ. We are even required to pray for those that use us and manipulate us and say vile things about us.
I am praying right now that whatever has been stolen from you will be returned with interest. It may not come from the direction you think but it will come, relax and rest assured of that. I pray for the evil and greedy and dishonest people that control the commodities markets. And I personally thank you for giving me the honor and distinction of being able to lift you up to the Father today. It is a high calling and honor to do this for you. I consider it a service worthy of honor. I consider it a calling of which it being so great an honor I require no pay to do so and in fact will run to you sir to lift up your slightest need or request. I am at your disposal, at any hour, .
