Christian, Datek will let you close positions if your stock gets moved to the BB. You have to call them on the phone, pay the phone commission, and I believe you have to use a market order. Argue about the phone commission, and double check the market order restriction. It might be worth it if you have another brokerage to use a limit order, have the shares delivered to you, and then deliver them to Datek, rather than risk a market order on the BB. Datek will probably start listing the price at 0 tomorrow, and will only tie up 2.50 per share of your margin in the meantime.
