| G'day again, Jeff - I am in general agreement with your comments, as it is evident if you'd parse through my comments from 2 weeks ago... But mind you, a few people, including myself, have held IMUL for a long time. So, even if we get a $4, some of us can only breakeven. So why not add position now?! The answer is precisely your concerns. No one knows exactly how the distribution works. That includes IMUL mgt, as it has used the code phrase "as soon as practicable."
Having said that, I for one will put some good faith in Dr Marr who has been doing the right things for IMUL shareholders within his power. At least, he has treated IMUL as a real co and has tried to be responsive to the shareholders. That being the case, you may be right that the corporate shell worths something. But you are also right in that the street is not stupid. Until the details get worked out, people will have a wait and see attitude. Of course, once the details get worked out, it would be too late <g>

 best, Bosco
