My belief is that they are holding onto the financials until they get NASDAQ listing. On the subject of gross profit margins, in the form 20-F SEC application, BII discusses the margins issue and raises the point that in the past they have discounted items on auction and that this approach was slowing in the 4th quarter and in future quaters. That should help margins, at least a little.
