Well, after much ado, you have it. The full information on the reset of the stock price has not been announced, so the street is tongue and cheek, or so it would seem. This is why I never marry an issue... Obviously this deal is better than the AT&T situation, since the company has annoumced that they are concerened about shareholder value. If it wasn't then I misunderstood something. I still do not how they can reset the price, if they are going to, below the 20 3/8 that MSCO is already set for. Maybe they won't, but those terms have yet to be announced. Have we seen the low's?..your guess is as good as mine. The price needs to stabilize, and I am unsure as to what new announcements they can maek to drive the price. I understand that there was a filing under EDGAR that a fund bought 1M shares prior to 2/4...However, I not looked myself to confirm..
