I have spoken with management and have the following comments on the last three posts.

1) Management has no information on Trans World's difficulties but notes that problems do not seem to stem from President Nazarbayev. Perhaps things will be favourably resolved.

2) Management are aware of AIPN. This announcement is further indication that the petroleum business in Kazakhstan still offers investment opportunities.

3) Management has no comment on the business aspects of Worldwide Minerals other than to note that they have trade contracts not licences or other assets. Again we reiterate that we have not had any problems with the government and have met all our obligations, as has the Kazakhstan government.

Regards
Maureen
