History is not on your side.

Every company that has run into accounting irregularities does not bounce back, quite to the contrary it keeps going down.

So we take a breather here, I'm patient.

Also, management was quoted as saying they were still going through with the split when the stock was $25, not $50.

Also, notice the volume is average at best, more likely a bit below average.

When the stock goes up on heavy volume then I will take notice.
