It is amazing to see business writers put in print things like: "it's clear that the company's (Dell) growth is falling to the 30% range"..

(1) There are 3 numbers that one can look at here...Revs, earnings, or EPS...Earnings and EPS for Dell remained at 49%, 55% respectively....only the revenue number dropped to 38%...Do these other two (earnings, EPS) no longer count in the discussion; Are they no longer imporant in valuing companies? Is he implying that they too will be at 30% in the near future? Where's the proof of that?

(2) Why do (writers, pundits (Kumar) keep quoting 30% when the actual number was 38%?

(3) If Dell grows revs at 45% next quarter, will this same guy still claim Dell is growing at 30%?

IMO, this is deceptive and bad journalism...Kramer got out of Dell, so now its time to go negative...That's OK...but don't call "38%" "30%"...in other words, don't play lose and free with such important numbers...that is simply bad and inaccurate reporting...

Funny how bears often do this (like several posters claiming Dell's PE is 100 when it is 80, etc..)
