Clock again starts if CNTR closes below dollar. 10 such trading in a row, and they will be facing delisting. Then the reverse split (10 to 1) and will come back down to a dollar. Do that a few times and there will be only Scott holding one share of the comapny<g>..

Trying to go below all time low.. that would be very bad..
