During mid'96 IDX shot-up to $19 along with some others in the group (seems like there was a penny stock that wnet through the roof)and proceeded to drop to $10 shortly there after. A class action suite was filed by the Wall Street version of ambulance chasers alleging that investors were misled by IDX management. It was settled for about $2 million about a year ago. Not good.

IDX has been extremely cautious about news since then (to a fault I think).
