Care to say exactly what those chips are? Even if you can, I'll show you the same two chips that LSI can duplicate for $500k of engineering manpower and 4 months times. Sorry folks, I do not believe that $100M of stocks was spent for technology. Whatever it was spent for, I haven't any idea .... Personally, I smell a lot of "favors" going all around with none of it heading towards the little LSI shareholders like you and I, just MHO. patrick
