Just sent an email to Value Line (to which I subscribe) and asked the analyst to check on whether he has properly taken this accounting stuff into consideration and whether he would clarify all of this in the next report if it is actually relevant. I have tried to figure out how much per quarter SE is failing to expense but my results seem way too high.
