The company sent out a proxy vote to shareholders:
the two main proposals were to increase the number of authorized shares by 450,000,000, making a total of 500,000,000 authorized. The other main issue was a proposed reverse split of 40-1. Ouch.
If voters aprove, the new company name will be "Vidikron Technologies Group Inc."
