Mark, we should be discussing DGIV not FTEL. But I agree, that FNET will provide the "minutes" and FTEL the hardware. Im just not sure what a shareholder in FTEL receives from FNET, other than some potential "internal" sales as well as a reduction in debt associated with deployment of the network. FNET will certainly help FTELs share price but how much Im not sure. Dgivs share price will move based on the contracts i.e (minutes) that they can sign up. Again, I like both stocks... Im surprised that FTEL didnt get a bigger pop on the news.
