I would suggest that everyone read the proxy very carefully. There are protections in there for us, but I am still making up my own mind. I am very optimistic that we will not see prices measured in pennies much longer but I would like clarification from the company as to their plan of action. Information and due diligence is key here. In fact, if you run numbers the stock probably has to go to $3- $4 for Culp and Tanner et al to keep control of the company. With the small float that is there now, they could do this with pocket change. If the MM is short stock, this could run up very fast. See AMSI last week.
