Glad others see the potential. I have bought and sold the stock 4 times in the past 18 months and it seemed to me that the slump occured after major players such as TCI cable halted expansion plans in the 3rd quarter of 96. Now it seems the market is ripe for another shot of expansion. Anybody study the communications legislation that I see plastered over various threads? I would assume more competition would be great for hardware and fiber companies. Possibly equally bad for existing service companies.
