Bloomberg reports that oil prices are up today because of a possible temporary closure of a major refinery. I agree that OSX action today is poor and we probably will go lower. Still I stand with Gary Burton in assserting that this OSX bear is nearly done. The kind of utter hopelessness expressed by you and some others on this thread is typical of major turning points.
