Very interesting news. The Win-Door company is already profitable. This deal will only add to it. If I remember correctly, Win-Door made 15 cents the first quarter last year and was expected to make over 60 cents for the year. This of course before LEAH bought Sib-Mach. Now the earnings are merged. Win-Door may be a really big winner with this acquisition and the move to the internet.
