I talked my son in law into buying a DELL notebook. He had called and ordered on Sunday and advised me of it on Monday. I made a couple of recomendations to him since he will be using it on his sailboat. He called back to add more RAM and DVD etc. and they had already shipped it. They told him to send the first one back and they will be sending the new one out right away. What service.
