that it has entered into a one-year agreement with MarketWatch.com, Incorporated (Nasdaq: MKTW - news) for the
inclusion of a co-branded CBS MarketWatch financial section at the iSleuth.com web site, isleuth.com. The new
financial section, expected to be launched this week, will include a variety of key financial news and information, stock quotes,
market data and portfolio tracking capabilities that can be accessed directly within the iSleuth web site.

Separately, the Company also announced that it has recently added a new fee-based research service to the iSleuth.com web
site that provides pay-as-you-go business information such as company profiles, credit reports, trademarks, patents, market
research and industry news. Powered by WinStar Telebase, the new service encompasses more than 500 databases from the
world's leading electronic information services, including: Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Thomson & Thomson, Moody's,
Standard & Poor's and more.

Further, the iSleuth.com site also now features access, delivered by Fination.com, a division of Newsletters.com, to premium
content from over 50 of the most highly regarded investment newsletter publishers in the world. Users can read current and
recent issues of these publications, as well as subscribe to individual publications directly from the iSleuth.com site.

The new iSleuth.com/CBS MarketWatch section will include stock quotes (with fifteen minute delay); an index table featuring

Exchange (Amex), Standard & Poor's 500 (S&P 500), Gold, 30-Year U.S. Treasury Bonds and the US 60; charts that can
