As a VLSI designer, getting a dielectric constant of 2.0 would be just about
worth killing for. As the press release mentioned, getting from the
current 3.9 to ~3.5 is already being planned for by everybody. If they
can really go to 2.0, every major CPU and ASIC vendor would HAVE TO HAVE IT.

The questions are: Does this really result in a high quality film? How
far away are they from production? Where are their competitors at in
producing similar films?
