Fourth quarter results are out and they show a marked, year over year as well as sequential improvement.

Q4 had much improved revenues, earnings and cash flow, and the balance sheet is starting to look up. These results augur well for the future and will make Derlan a much more attractive takeover target. The strategy of divestment is definitely showing results and proves that when Derlan focuses on its core competencies, it can produce good results.
