Following the most recent 13D, 86 million shares outstanding/issued looks to be close:
"On the date of this Statement, the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock of which Mr. Polis may be deemed to be beneficial owners is 5,566,922 (approximately 6.3% of the Common Stock outstanding)."
Following a strict calculation the number is actually 88,363,841.2698.
Yet, from 2/12/99 (or 2/2/99) 10Q: "COMMON STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY (DEFICIENCY) [NOTE 7] Common stock, $0.001 par value, authorized 200,000,000, 66,402,169 and 57,171,119 shares outstanding, respectively"
I'm not sure what to read into the above regarding "outstanding, respectively."
In regards to shares authorized: From the 2/12/99 10Q: COMMON STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY (DEFICIENCY) [NOTE 7] Common stock, $0.001 par value, authorized 200,000,000
and
"That the Board of Directors of the Corporation has duly adopted resolutions setting forth: FOURTH: The aggregate number of shares which the Corporation shall have authority to issue is Two Hundred Five Million (205,000,000), divided into Two Hundred Million (200,000,000) shares of common stock of the par value of $.001 per share, and Five Million (5,000,000) shares of preferred stock of the par value of $.001 per share. "
"COMMON STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY (DEFICIENCY) [NOTE 7] Common stock, $0.001 par value, authorized 200,000,000, 66,402,169 and 57,171,119 shares outstanding, respectively"
