John,
The market just doesn't seem to care about small tech stocks.
They're concentrated on the larger popular techs and Internet stocks. These companies show earnings improvement, or in the case of the Internet stocks, fewer losses.
But one of these days, and I don't know when, it will be our turn.
If it will make you feel better I, and I'm sure Jack Kay, is just as frustrated.
