What is the exposure of the shareholders in the suit? how does this help shareholders, the company will defend itself and AA ...the company will spend money, shareholders will pay for it. If we join in the suit and are sued individually will these shareholders or Mr Powell help us? or we have to spend money to defend ourselfs. These are the questions that come to mind.....
